Returns and Refunds Policy
At Amanda Almonds, each product is specially made for you on demand as soon as your order is placed. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the following cases:
• The product has a manufacturing or printing defect.
• The item was damaged during shipping.
• There was an error on our part regarding design, size, or color.
How to submit a claim
If your order has any problem covered by the above conditions, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product at support@amandaalmonds.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Only claims submitted and authorized in advance will be processed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us right away if you notice any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item. We will personally evaluate your case and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
Exclusions
We do not accept returns for change of mind, customer error, or personal preferences, as our products are individually created for each customer.
We will also not accept returns for products that have been used, washed, are not in original packaging, are on sale, or for gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not carry out preventive exchanges for size, design, or color. If there is a real issue, we will review your case and offer the best solution.
Refunds & Processing Time
If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product (if necessary), and refund your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Legal Note
This policy is based on US regulations, where there is no legal right to return non-defective online purchases. If we expand to other countries, we will adapt our policy according to the applicable local regulations.
