• If your order contains items from different suppliers, you may receive multiple shipments, each with its own tracking number and delivery date.

• Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the contents of your cart, the suppliers involved, and your delivery address.

• Each product’s shipping rate is determined by our suppliers and can vary depending on the item and supplier location.

• If your order contains products from multiple suppliers, separate shipping charges will apply for each supplier’s shipment.

• Your shipping costs will always be displayed clearly before you complete your order.

We do not offer site-wide free shipping by default. Any special free shipping promotions (for specific products, quantities, or time-limited events) will be clearly announced on our website and during checkout.

• Order processing and production usually takes 2–5 business days before shipment.

• Estimated delivery times vary by supplier and product but most US orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after production.

• If you order multiple items from different suppliers, your packages may arrive separately and on different days.
